Personal Training

Sessions are typically 1 hour (or 1/2 hour microwave-style, if you prefer).

Payment can be made per session or you can save money by buying a package.

I can train you at the gym or privately in your home… and if you want to take advantage of the season we can go outdoors to the beach or local park! I am also available for small groups if you want to get some friends together (and save some money)!
